Teva (Cephalon campus)
West Chester, Chester County, PA
The West Chester campus traces to Cephalon, a biopharmaceutical company founded in 1987 by three former DuPont scientists and led for years by CEO Frank Baldino Jr. Teva acquired Cephalon in 2011 for about $6.8 billion, absorbing its Frazer and West Chester operations. Teva later purchased additional buildings, consolidating roughly 314,000 square feet into a North America R&D campus focused on complex biologics and clinical development, which housed about 650 employees. Parent Teva is a global generics and specialty drug maker.
